About Us

We are a small Edinburgh based organisation specialising in the rental and management of residential properties.

We also provide a service for the purchase, furnishing and rental of property in Edinburgh for investment clients.

Our Managing Director, Mrs Jane Crichton-Stuart was the property manager in the residential leasing department of a prestigious firm of solicitors for eight years before starting up her own company in 1989.
Mrs Melanie Terris joined the company in 1999 and is now a Director, she is our chief administrator. The other indispensable member of the team is Mrs Fiona Nicol who joined in 2003 and heads our accounts department.

Edinburgh has a huge mobile population both from individuals on contracts, students – who often get a much worse press than they deserve and families moving to the area looking to purchase a new home but wishing to rent until they decide in which area they wish to live and there is therefore a high demand for well presented and maintained properties.

As we are a small company we can offer a tailor made service for your requirements and are always happy to give advice on all aspects of letting.

Our offices are situated in the West End of the City, close to the centre, providing easy access for both clients and tenants.

We have a wide selection of furnished and unfurnished properties available, including one bedroom, student and executive flats and houses.
